I'M AMY. NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST

I understand the emotional and physical toll of trying for a baby. My own journey through pregnancy loss and IVF has given me deep insight into the challenges many face with reproductive health

If you’re wondering how to get pregnant, looking for natural ways to boost fertility and balance hormones, or preparing for fertility treatments, I am here to help. As a registered Nutritional Therapist, I provide evidence-based, compassionate support to help you, and your partner increase your chances of getting pregnant and feel empowered in your journey.

With a master’s degree in Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and specialised training in fertility, I am registered with BANT, NTOI, and CNHC. I have also completed Zest4Life health coaching, equipping me with the tools to support you holistically—considering not just diet but also lifestyle factors like maintaining a healthy body weight, managing stress, and optimising your fertility. Simple changes, like eating a nutrient-rich diet, can make a real difference and for those with PCOS or endometriosis, targeted nutrition can help balance hormones, regulate cycles, and create a more favourable environment for conception. For those undergoing IVF, nutrition plays a supportive role in egg and sperm quality, implantation, and overall treatment success.

Many couples worry about not getting pregnant or search for ways to get pregnant fast.

My goal is to provide you with personalised, research-backed strategies—whether you’re trying naturally, managing a condition like PCOS or endometriosis, preparing for IVF, or looking for tips for getting pregnant over the age of 30. I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL THERAPY?

Nutritional therapy takes the latest scientific research and utilises it to provide individuals with a personalised approach to health, focusing on specific symptoms and health goals. Nutritional therapists also work holistically, considering both nutrition and lifestyle factors, and in conjunction with, and alongside, other healthcare professionals.
