I'M AMY SWAN . NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST

I understand the emotional and physical toll of trying for a baby. My own journey through pregnancy loss and IVF has given me deep insight into the challenges many face with reproductive health

If you’re wondering how to get pregnant, looking for natural ways to boost fertility and balance hormones, or preparing for fertility treatments, I am here to help. As a registered Nutritional Therapist, I provide evidence-based, compassionate support to help you, and your partner increase your chances of getting pregnant and feel empowered in your journey.

With a master’s degree in Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and specialised training in fertility, I am registered with BANT, NTOI, and CNHC. I have also completed Zest4Life health coaching, equipping me with the tools to support you holistically—considering not just diet but also lifestyle factors like maintaining a healthy body weight, managing stress, and optimising your fertility. Simple changes, like eating a nutrient-rich diet, can make a real difference and for those with PCOS or endometriosis, targeted nutrition can help balance hormones, regulate cycles, and create a more favourable environment for conception. For those undergoing IVF, nutrition plays a supportive role in egg and sperm quality, implantation, and overall treatment success.

Many couples worry about not getting pregnant or search for ways to get pregnant fast.

My goal is to provide you with personalised, research-backed strategies—whether you’re trying naturally, managing a condition like PCOS or endometriosis, preparing for IVF, or looking for tips for getting pregnant over the age of 30. I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

You don’t have to navigate this alone—let’s take the next step together. Click on the link below to book your complimentary mini-consultation to discover how I can support you on achieving your goal.

WORKING WITH ME

Working with me as a registered Nutritional Therapist means receiving personalised, evidence-based support to help optimise your reproductive health—whether you're trying to conceive, managing conditions like PCOS or endometriosis, or supporting male fertility.

My aim is to work with you, navigating hurdles together and taking things step by step, beginning with a review of your current habits. I won’t ask you to make big changes, just small manageable ones —you have enough on your plate already. Instead, we will look at how to build on your existing diet and lifestyle in realistic, achievable ways that can make a measurable difference. You won’t be told to eat foods you dislike (no kale unless you love it!). Many clients come to me feeling stuck or unsure if nutrition and lifestyle can really help—and often discover that the missing piece in their journey is personalised nutrition and lifestyle support. It’s not about restriction or perfection—it’s about giving your body the right support, at the right time, in a way that works for you.
